I built the Innovation Celebration because I know first-hand what it means to do things differently.

I'm a parent carer. I navigate my own health challenges. I've built multiple successful businesses whilst managing a neurodivergent family, physical disabilities and a life that has never once followed the plan.

There were days, more than I can count, where most people would have stopped.

I didn't stop.

And somewhere along the way I realised that what I was doing wasn't just surviving. It was innovating. Finding ways to build, grow and succeed that worked around my real life rather than requiring me to sacrifice it.

Creating systems, strategies and a way of doing business that didn't exist in any textbook, because my circumstances demanded something different.
